Your focus will be on

• Working efficiently under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects to deliver quality results to clients from start to finish.
• Managing and coordinating multiple survey projects and interacting regularly with clients.
• Providing technical leadership, problem-solving, and quality control for survey projects.
• Applying knowledge of survey field measurement strategies.

To be considered, candidates should meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Professional licensure in Minnesota.
• An associate or bachelor's degree in Survey Technology or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive survey experience in both field and office settings.
• Ability to instruct and coach survey staff and crew members.
• Knowledge of Public Land Survey System principles, section subdivision, platting, and easement deliverables.
