Job summary

A Florida PLS or PSM license is required, with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office. Responsibilities include boundary surveys, easement sketches, researching land records, interpreting ALTA/NSPS surveys, and coordinating with the Survey team to maintain company standards.

Qualifications

• Florida PLS or PSM license is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of surveying experience.
• Proficiency with electronic survey equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform boundary surveys and easement sketches.
• Interpret and draw utility as-builts.
• Research town, county, and state records and read title documents.
• Review ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys and apply findings.
• Coordinate with survey team to ensure quality and timely completion.
