Job summary

Magrym Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee land surveying projects from inception to completion in Fort Worth, TX. You will coordinate field crews, survey technicians, and clients to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy while managing budgets and change orders.

The role requires 6+ years in land surveying or related fields, strong communication, and proficiency with Civil 3D/AutoCAD. A valid driver’s license is required. Competitive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in land surveying, civil engineering, or construction project management.
• Familiarity with boundary, topographic, ALTA/ACSM, and construction staking surveys.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee land surveying projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate field crews, survey technicians, and clients for timely delivery.
• Review survey data, plats, and legal descriptions for accuracy before delivery.
• Track project budgets, invoicing milestones, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with licensing boards, local platting regulations, and utility coordination.
• Manage project documentation, permits, and easement research.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and resource needs across active projects.
• Support proposal and bid preparation for new projects.
