What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and supervise survey crews on transportation and infrastructure projects
• Plan daily field operations and coordinate survey activities with project managers and office staff
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency of survey data collection
• Operate and oversee the use of GPS, robotic total stations, data collectors, and other survey equipment
• Train, mentor, and develop junior field personnel
• Maintain compliance with FDOT standards, safety requirements, and project specifications
• Coordinate field-to-office workflows and review collected data for quality control
• Serve as the field lead and primary point of contact for assigned survey projects

Qualifications

• 6+ years of surveying experience with significant field leadership responsibilities
• Prior experience leading survey crews on transportation, highway, or infrastructure projects
