The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience and advanced proficiency in AutoCAD. Responsibilities include coordinating activities, performing boundary analysis, and preparing survey documents. Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering or land surveying.
• Advanced knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Truxaw is one of the leading Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firms in Southern California. We provide full service design, engineering and land surveying for private and public clients throughout Southern California.

Duties

• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D software to produce detailed subdivision maps, ALTA Surveys, topographic surveys, and various survey related maps or exhibits.
• Research boundary and easement title documents and perform boundary analysis.
• Use field crew data files (points), field sketches, photos, and reference maps to prepare survey documents.
• Coordinate work activities to maintain schedules and ensure quality control.
• Develop familiarity with Truxaw's practices, procedures, and standards.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong work ethic, detail oriented, professional attitude, good communication, time management.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team.
