Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; preferred concentrations in finance, real estate, planning, business, or related discipline.
• Three to five years’ experience in land acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Analysts supporting the Division’s data-driven approach to Land Acquisitions, Land Strategy, Asset Management, White Book Processes & Corporate Reporting.
