• Prepare and present market condition reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Conduct benchmarking and competitive market analyses to evaluate performance.
• Collaborate with land acquisition, division leadership, and analytics teams to gather data and generate insights.
• Address data discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
