Job summary

Enbridge seeks a Landman / Land Agent to support Lands & ROW for regional pipeline operations in Gastonia, NC. You will be the primary contact for landowners, manage agreements, and coordinate settlements to maintain social license and pipeline integrity.

The role requires 4 years in ROW, ability to interpret legal docs, and license or path to license in NC. Proficiency with GIS and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• 4 years of related right-of-way experience and a degree or equivalent
• Strong understanding of land acquisition, easement, ROW requirements
• Ability to interpret titles, deeds, plans and engineering drawings
• Proficient with GIS, land databases and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Provide Lands & ROW support to pipeline operations
• Serve as main contact for landowners near easements and facilities
• Coordinate landowner notifications and land/ROW agreements
• Lead settlements with landowners and public agencies
• Detail land-related issues and manage land rights and disposal
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies and represent the company
