Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Landman / Land Agent in Gastonia, North Carolina to manage Lands & ROW, engage with landowners, and coordinate settlements while ensuring regulatory compliance and environmental considerations. This field-based role requires strong negotiation, GIS and land-management skills, and NC real estate licensing within 18 months.

Qualifications

• 4 years of related right-of-way experience in progressive roles and a Bachelor's degree or technical diploma.
• Strong understanding of land acquisition, easement, and ROW legal requirements.
• Ability to interpret legislation, regulations, and deeds, plans, and drawings.
• Must be licensed as a North Carolina real estate agent or able to obtain within 18 months.
• Knowledge of pipeline operations and IRWA designations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Lands & ROW support and advisor services to regional pipeline operations.
• Serve as the main contact for landowners adjacent to Enbridge easements and facilities.
• Lead landowner notifications and agreements for regional activities and conditions.
• Coordinate all Lands & ROW matters for the ROW including settlements with landowners.
• Represent the company with landowners, agencies, and the public; manage land rights and environmental considerations.
