Job summary

EPCO Corporate in Houston seeks a Land Analyst to perform land and right of way tasks handling encroachment inquiries from landowners, developers, and agencies across the U.S. You will read engineering drawings, review alignment sheets, and work with GIS/databases under supervision by the Land Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in land and right of way or real estate issues with landowners, engineers, or agencies.
• Knowledge or experience in ArcGIS preferred.
• AA, BA or BS degree, with business administration, law, communications or public relations emphasis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and alignment sheets to verify property locations.
• Coordinate with mapping/drafting to locate encroachments on alignment sheets.
• Maintain encroachment databases and update land records.
• Prepare Letters of No Objection Encroachment Agreements and other correspondence.
