Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent with 4 years related experience.
• Associate Degree in related field with 2 years related experience.
• Bachelor Degree in Planning, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Real Estate License preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel to project sites, as required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landowner outreach through phone calls, emails, letters, and in-person visits.
• Support negotiation preparation by gathering property information and ownership records.
• Coordinate survey and construction access schedules with landowners and field teams.
• Negotiate with landowners for the acquisition of land rights.
• Deliver and collect routine land rights documents and agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of landowner contacts, access status, and documentation.
• Support execution, filing, and distribution of agreements under supervision.
• Escalate access issues or landowner concerns to senior staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and protocols.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
