Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in land-related tasks.
• Experience with land management systems (Quorum preferred).

Responsibilities

• Research land files to determine contractual obligations and rights.
• Review title abstracts and perform curative/clearance activities.
• Determine lease ownership interests and payment requirements.
• Create land-related reports and exhibits with the Land Department.
• Prepare land agreements and conveyance instruments.
• Analyze data for quarterly reporting on obligations and payments.
• Maintain records in the land management system.
