Job summary

PulteGroup is seeking a qualified professional to manage complex construction projects across our Minnesota operations. The role emphasizes budgeting, scheduling, entitlements, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure successful project delivery.

Ideal candidates will have a university degree or equivalent experience with 4-6 years in project management, strong analytical and Excel skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • May have practical knowledge of program or project management.
  • Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 4-6 years of prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project budget, schedule, cash flow in accordance with Division goals.
  • Coordinate with municipalities and other government agencies from entitlement to final acceptance.
  • Solicit, analyze, and award land trade bids and contracts.
  • Coordinate title review.
  • Review design documents, site plans, improvement plans and plats for project coordination and accuracy.
  • Check availability and location of utilities (sanitary sewer, water, gas, storm management) and related development fees.
  • Manage agency applications and field efforts related to storm water and air pollution compliance.
  • Coordinate engineers, planners, landscape architects and legal counsel.
  • Continuously manage and update project budgets for contracted and future work.
  • Review, confirm and approve consultant and legal invoices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Primary Job Responsibilities
  • Manage project budget, schedule, cash flow in accordance with Division goals.

Check the cost involved in gaining access to these utilities as well as any development impact fees.
  • Manage agency application and field efforts related to storm water and air pollution compliance.
  • Coordinate engineers, planners, landscape architects and legal counsel.
  • Continuously manage and update project budgets for contracted and future work.
  • Review, confirm and approve consultant and legal invoices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Hired applicant will be eligible for annual bonus
