Job summary

Groundworks New Mexico is seeking a senior leader to guide the Land Initiative's strategy across three goals and oversee an approximately $1M annual grantmaking portfolio. You will support grantees through implementation and reporting, and represent the program to partners and funders.

Reporting to the President, you will deliver quarterly Board presentations, build non-partisan coalitions with diverse stakeholders, and engage funders, with travel both in-state and nationally and background
