Job summary

Groundworks New Mexico seeks a strategic leader to modernize water management in the state and to build climate-resilient systems. You will manage a multi-year grant portfolio from application through reporting, and build bipartisan coalitions with Tribal and diverse stakeholders, coordinating with funders and presenting to the Board quarterly.
