Responsibilities

• Manage project budget, schedule, cash flow.
• Coordinate with municipalities from entitlement to final acceptance.
• Solicit, analyze, and award land trade bids and contracts.
• Manage development trade contracts and schedules.
• Review design documents for project coordination and accuracy.
• Manage field efforts related to storm water and air pollution compliance.
• Coordinate contractors, inspectors, engineers, and master developers.
• Continuously manage and update project budgets.
• Review and confirm development invoices.
• Generate site plans for communities.
