Job summary

Toll Brothers is seeking a Land Entitlement Manager for our Charleston division. You will oversee entitlements and permitting for multiple developments, coordinating with regulators and internal teams in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires at least three years of entitlement experience, strong project management, and proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint. On-site work five days a week in Charleston, SC.

Qualifications

  • A college degree is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience managing complex project entitlement and permitting.
  • Experience interacting with regulatory agencies and influencing public decision-making.
  • Project management skills to take projects from feasibility through entitlement and engineering approvals.
  • Preferred: experience with a national/regional homebuilder; public speaking/presentation experience; related four-year degree.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee governmental/regulatory entitlements and engineering approvals for communities from inception to final acceptance.
  • Conduct land acquisition analysis including due diligence, zoning evaluation, and timeline management.
  • Create and review HOA documents, deeds, plats, and easements.
  • Critically review plans and perform value engineering reviews.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Toll Brothers , America’s leading luxury home builder, seeks a Land Entitlement Manager to manage the land entitlement and permitting processes for our developments in our division located in Charleston, South Carolina.

  • Governmental/Regulatory entitlements & engineering approvals for all communities from inception thru final acceptance, including bond exoneration, when deemed appropriate
  • Land Acquisition Analysis: Due Diligence, Zoning Evaluation, Approval Process & Timeline
  • Creation and review of HOA documents, review of deeds, plats, easements
  • Critical review of plans, & value engineering reviews
  • All other duties as assigned

This position will be on-site 5 days per week.

    • Experience with a National/Regional homebuilder.

    • A four-year degree in Land/Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
