Job summary

Toll Brothers is seeking a Construction Customer Care Representative to deliver quality warranty service to homeowners in Greenville, South Carolina. This on-site role involves coordinating with homeowners, trade partners, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of warranty requests and to conduct Home Complete/Quality Inspections prior to delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of residential construction experience preferred.
• Experience with a service department is a plus.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine Homeowner meetings to observe and assess warranty request submissions.
• Coordinate service appointments between Homeowners and Trade Partners.
• Manage Service Requests: entering, updating, closing and Purchase Order processing.
• Conduct Home Complete/Quality Inspections prior to delivery to the Customer.
• Maintain customer satisfaction metrics related to homeowners served.
• All other duties as assigned.

Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Construction Customer Care Representative to deliver quality warranty service to homeowners in Greenville, South Carolina.

What is the opportunity?

This position is on-site 5 days per week.

The Customer Care Representative works closely with homeowners on Customer Care/Warranty matters to ensure the luxury homebuying experience continues after move-in through the timely resolution of Service Requests. This role will also perform functionality & Home Complete Inspections on homes prior to the Home Orientation.

Do you have these qualifications?

• Essential:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 - 5 years of residential construction experience
• Preferred:
  • Experience with a service department
  • 1 - 3 years of Customer Service Experience
