Qualifications
7+ years of experience in design or project management, preferably in construction or land development.
Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time as needed.
Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities
Support implementation of Land Enablement strategic approach for site development.
Conduct technical reviews of construction plans.
Monitor ongoing site improvements and compliance with permits.
