The role involves technical site reviews, managing budgets, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 7 years of relevant experience, and knowledge of project management software. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this position. This role may require up to 25% domestic travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in design or project management, preferably in construction or land development.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time as needed.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of Land Enablement strategic approach for site development.
• Conduct technical reviews of construction plans.
• Monitor ongoing site improvements and compliance with permits.
