Stanley Martin Homes is seeking a Land Trainer to build capabilities across Land Acquisition, Entitlement, and Development. You will partner with Land leaders to identify training priorities and deliver practical, field‑connected learning experiences that improve onboarding and performance.

The role requires travel up to 25% and a focus on translating complex land concepts into actionable training materials and programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Land Acquisition, Land Entitlement, Land Development, or related real estate/ homebuilding experience.
• Strong professionalism, sound judgement, and ability to represent Stanley Martin Homes in line with company values.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to support training and field engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging learning experiences across classroom, virtual, and field‑based instruction.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and field support to apply learning on the job.
• Lead onboarding programs and develop role‑based learning paths for Land professionals.
• Coordinate training operations, including logistics, enrollment tracking, and learning system administration.
• Maintain and update training content reflecting evolving processes and market conditions.
