Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking a Land Development Superintendent to convert raw land into construction-ready sites. You will oversee development schedules and budgets, and motivate subcontractors to stay on track with project milestones.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or landscape architecture and at least three years of related experience, plus a valid driver’s license. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $115,000 with bonus potential and extensive benefits,

Qualifications

• Ability to read site plans and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of soil mechanics and geotechnical considerations.
• Valid driver's license required.
