Qualifications

• Able to work at least 29 hours per week; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial forecast and modeling using advanced Excel for pro formas, budgets, and cash flows.
• Conduct and organize financial, economic, demographic, and market research for development opportunities.
• Support due diligence collection of materials, tracking dates, and analysis.
• Prepare summaries and track critical date requirements for land and builder contracts and development items.
• Assist Operations to review builder architectural requests and HOA coordination.
