Job summary

Dewberry is seeking a Land Development Project Manager for the Louisville, CO office, with occasional work from the Denver office. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in site planning and land development, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Dewberry is currently seeking a Land Development Project Manager for the Louisville, CO office with the opportunity to work occasionally out of the Denver office as necessary.

Dewberry offers a comprehensive and very competitive package of insurance programs to regular full-time employees and their eligible dependents the first of the month following their date of hire. Responsibilities

This position requires 10+ years of experience in site planning and land development including the production and management of; design of grading, storm water management, urban drainage planning, soil erosion & sediment control, public and private roadways, utilities and site planning for residential, commercial, retail, institutional and recreational facilities.

Salary Range

The projected range for this position is $130,000-$190,000 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.
