Job summary

NV5 is seeking a Land Development Project Manager in Albemarle, NC to lead site/civil design projects from concept through construction. You will manage budgets, scope, and schedules while mentoring staff and coordinating with clients and internal teams.

The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering, an NC PE license, and 5+ years of PM experience on civil/site projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation is essential, with LEED experience a plus.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil Engineering.
• NC PE license.
• 5+ years of Civil Engineering PM experience on projects similar to NV5 work.
• 10+ years of site/civil design experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage project engineering and production as PM; handle small-to-medium projects.
• Supervise and mentor design staff.
• Perform engineering design and detailing for site development.
• Manage permitting tasks to keep projects on track.
• Sign and seal calculations, specs, and plans under your oversight.
