Qualifications

• BSCE or related discipline required.
• Registered North Carolina Professional Engineer preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of design experience required.
• Experience with NCDOT projects is a plus.
• Strong communication and client relation skills required.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules and lead project teams.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and stormwater modeling software is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as PM for site development projects across North Carolina.
• Manage relationships with key clients and lead project teams.
• Create and execute detailed project work plans and schedules.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to regional growth initiatives.
• Represent Benesch at industry events and maintain client satisfaction.
