Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Land Development Project Leader to manage all aspects of residential development, from site planning to entitlement approvals. You will coordinate with engineers, architects, and government officials to drive projects forward on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in land development, strong knowledge of zoning regulations, and proven leadership in multi-project environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land and residential development project management.
• Proven track record of delivering safe, high-quality projects on schedule and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of land use and zoning regulations, entitlement processes, and civil development principles.
• Strong project management skills, including managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and related technology.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of land and residential development projects, including site planning, civil development, and entitlement processes.
• Review and approve development plans, ensuring alignment with goals and compliance with regulations and standards.
• Oversee project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, for efficient execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and government officials to facilitate progress.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and promote a culture of safety.
• continually enhance knowledge of land use, zoning, and entitlement best practices.

Education
