Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in development-related due diligence items for acquisitions, including budgets, schedules, and reviewing drawings.
• Value engineer plans during due diligence and project development.
• Provide detailed cost analysis and schedules for projects.
• Create bid packages for consultants and trade partners.
• Negotiate projects to achieve economical and efficient outcomes.
• Provide bid analyses to award contracts.
• Work with jurisdictions to receive necessary permits.
