Job summary

LevelUp Consulting, LLC is seeking a Project Engineer or Project Manager with Florida land development experience. The role involves designing residential and commercial developments, site layout, grading and drainage, and utility design.

Responsibilities include guiding the project team, preparing engineering plans and reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations. A PE license or near-term attainment in Florida is required and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D, ICPR, and WaterCAD is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited college.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and provide technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Design projects and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
• Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and specifications.
