Job summary

LVI Associates in Richmond is seeking a Land Development Project Manager to oversee residential projects from acquisition through completion. This role offers broad exposure to the development process and direct collaboration with senior leadership in a lean team.

You will manage budgeting, scheduling, entitlements, and coordination with municipalities, contractors, and consultants, driving performance and growth on multiple active projects.

Responsibilities

• Support residential land development projects from acquisition through completion, including due diligence, budgeting, scheduling, and project planning.
• Review site plans, construction drawings, and development budgets to evaluate project feasibility and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and manage bid packages for consultants, contractors, and trade partners.
• Analyze bids, negotiate contracts, and help drive the most efficient and cost-effective project outcomes.
• Coordinate with municipalities, utility providers, and regulatory agencies to secure development approvals and permits.
• Manage consultants, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to keep developments on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor development budgets, cash flows, and project performance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Present project updates and community information to internal leadership and external stakeholders.

Comp: $130K-$140K base , 25-30% bonus, also has a thousand dollar a month vehicle allowance
