Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise Land Development workload and schedules.
• Review permits, licenses, and agreements for compliance with VDH and Loudoun Water.
• Participate in design review to ensure construction documents meet requirements.
• Represent the team in project and coordination meetings.
• Coach and develop staff; conduct regular one-on-ones.
