Job summary
NV5 is seeking a Land Development Engineer to support planning, design, and delivery of commercial, residential, and institutional developments. You'll work with multidisciplinary teams across all project phases to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of land development experience.
- Strong site civil engineering knowledge and development practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare engineering plans, designs, and drawings for land development projects.
- Perform site feasibility analyses, planning, and layout design.
- Develop grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, and erosion control plans.
- Support permitting activities and coordinate with regulatory agencies.
- Conduct field investigations and site assessments as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and public agencies.
