Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking a Land Development EIT to join our Austin site design team.

You will work on commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects from concept through permitting, under licensed PEs who mentor you toward your license. You will prepare site layouts and grading plans in Civil 3D, run stormwater calculations, assemble permit packages, and support project managers with client coordination and site visits.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required and EIT certification or eligibility.
• 2–5 years of land development or site design experience.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Plan to sit for the PE exam.
