You will direct major urban planning and redevelopment projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget discipline, and high-quality outcomes while advancing strategic growth and market leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, urban planning, architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible land development, civil/site development, urban planning, redevelopment, or related experience.
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, project-related work, and regional office coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of land development, redevelopment, urban planning, and economic development projects from concept to completion.
• Provide strategic oversight for planning, staffing, risk management, permitting, and regulatory coordination.
• Manage service line financial performance including utilization, revenue growth, and budgeting.
