Job summary

Burkentine Real Estate Group is seeking a Land Development Administrator in Hanover, PA to coordinate all phases of land acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, sitework and development for residential and commercial projects. You will work with engineers, contractors, and agencies to ensure timely plan delivery and permits.

The role requires 1–3 years in a similar role, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage complex document workflows in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to communicate with third-party professionals regarding technical issues.
• Strong prioritization skills.
• Self-starter and ability to work with little supervision.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Land Development Entitlement and Sitework TDl; update daily for acquisitions, entitlements, and third-party actions.
• Coordinate with engineering partners to design, review, plan publishing, and manage permits and applications.
• Create and manage scope of work for engineers, contractors, and review deliverables for preconstruction and construction.
• Attend meetings with engineers, contractors, subcontractors and agencies (county/state) for development plans.
• Deliver feasibility studies including site review, zoning review, title review, environmental review, Phase 1/2 reports, geotech, and utility review.
• Maintain municipal, county and state fee schedules to assist pro forma.
• Document management and database management for all land development projects.
