You will design land development projects including residential subdivisions and commercial projects. Responsibilities include preparing zoning plans, drainage, grading plans, and collaborating with the team to solve project issues. • Minimum 2 years professional work experience.
• Desire to design Land Development projects.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D and ArcGIS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares zoning plans for submission to government agencies.
• Works with the designer in developing construction plans.
• Prepares drainage, grading, and roadway plans.
• Identifies and suggests solutions to project problems.
