Job summary

David Weekley Homes is seeking a Land Development Associate in our Phoenix division to assist with site development coordination, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure quality and compliance throughout the process. This role provides valuable field experience and serves as a foundation for future growth within Land Development or Entitlement career paths.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred in civil engineering, construction management, land development, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support the LandDevelopment Team in coordinating all aspects of project management, including budgets, schedules, and reporting.
• Serve as a field representative, meeting with consultants, contractors, and utility providers to oversee site activities and maintain project timelines.
• Participate in inspections, walkthroughs, and turnovers to ensure quality standards and compliance are achieved.
• Coordinate community close-out efforts, including infrastructure turnover, SWPPP compliance, coordination with utility providers, and landscape walks.
• Support HOA transitions by facilitating the completion and turnover of common areas to homeowners.
