M/I Homes, a Minnesota-based homebuilder, seeks a Real Estate Development Coordinator in Minneapolis to support community start-up, land acquisitions, and development activities. You will coordinate with Sales, Land, and Homebuilding, help prepare LAFs and approval packages, and organize land development budgets and costs.
Requirements include a BA/BS in Real Estate or related field and 2–3 years of relevant experience, plus strong MS Office skills and knowledge of the local real estate market.

Assist with special projects as requested and perform additional duties as required.
Hourly Rate: $28.85 - $38.46 per hour. This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay for all hours worked in a workweek over 40.
BA/BS degree in Real Estate, Finance, Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience; understanding of acquisitions and/or development.
Knowledge of local real estate market required.
Ability to work in a team environment but is also a self-starter.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
