Job summary

Volta Group Global LLC is seeking a Senior Land Agent to support land acquisition and right-of-way activities for energy and infrastructure projects in North America. You will work with landowners, stakeholders, and project teams to negotiate agreements and secure land rights essential for project development.

Qualifications

• Experience in land acquisition, right-of-way, real estate or contract negotiations preferred.
• Experience in renewable energy, oil and gas, transmission, pipelines or BESS projects is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and evaluate land acquisition and right-of-way opportunities for energy and infrastructure projects.
• Engage with landowners and stakeholders to negotiate and secure leases, easements, rights-of-way, and other land agreements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with landowners, clients, and community stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal project teams to support project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate records of landowner communications, negotiations, agreements, and project activities.
• Identify and proactively address land-related challenges to support efficient project execution.
• Ensure activities align with applicable regulations, client requirements, and company standards.

In this role, you will support land acquisition and right-of-way activities for energy and infrastructure projects, working directly with landowners, stakeholders, and project teams to negotiate agreements and secure the land rights necessary for successful project development.
