Job summary

Volta Group Global LLC is seeking a Senior Land Agent to support land acquisition and right-of-way activities for energy and infrastructure projects. You will negotiate leases, easements, and other land agreements with landowners and stakeholders.

The role requires a proactive communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, capable of working remotely with regular travel to project sites in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in land acquisition, right-of-way, real estate, or contract negotiations.
• Experience in renewable energy, oil and gas, transmission, pipelines, or BESS is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with project teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel to project sites, including weekly travel.

• Identify, research, and evaluate land acquisition and right-of-way opportunities for energy and infrastructure projects.
• Engage with landowners and stakeholders to negotiate leases, easements, rights-of-way, and land agreements.

In this role, you will support land acquisition and right-of-way activities for energy and infrastructure projects, working directly with landowners, stakeholders, and project teams to negotiate agreements and secure the land rights necessary for successful project development.
