Urban Grid is seeking a Land and Lease Administrator who will provide clerical and administrative support to the Site Acquisition team. This role will maintain, update, and optimize contract files related to the Land Acquisition function. The position involves working with various departments on contract administration, performing data entry tasks, and carrying out general administrative functions as needed. The ideal candidate should be flexible, capable of working in a dynamic team, and familiar with land and lease management, basic legal contract parameters, and accounting principles. Strong communication and technical skills are essential, along with a passion for land and renewable energy.
Remote work is acceptable; preference for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone.
