Job summary

Taylor Morrison is seeking a Land Analyst to help identify, evaluate, and acquire properties that position the division for success. You will track opportunities, analyze market data, and support underwriting through proformas while coordinating with engineers, planners, and departments.

The role requires 1–5 years in finance, land acquisition, or land development, strong Excel skills, and clear written/presentation abilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, civil engineering, planning, construction management or business.
  • 1-5 years of experience in finance, land acquisition, or land development.
  • Ability to analyze market and financial data to drive decision making.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong work ethic and sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Track new and existing acquisition opportunities.

About you:

FLSA Status: Non‑Exempt

Salary Range: $30.00-43.57 hourly

Bonus Eligible: Up to 10% Staff

Will have responsibilities such as:

This position is considered a non‑exempt position for purposes of wage‑hour law, which means that you will be required to keep a time record and will be eligible for overtime pay.

  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle if applicable
  • Comply with company policies and procedure
Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
  • The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • *Taylor Morrison experience and/or successful completion of training program may override required education and/or experience requirement.
