Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis for quarterly and annual Division Business Plans.
• Prepare gross revenues, profit margins, sources and uses of funds and distribution projections.
• Assist in financial feasibility analysis for acquisition opportunities.
• Prepare underwriting pro formas and related financial documentation for each asset acquired.
• Perform asset sales pricing analysis and formulate financial deal points.
• Recommend price/profit participation structures.
• Implement and maintain a computerized financial proforma model.
• Collaborate with management associates to develop alternative business planning scenarios.
• Liaise with Corporate Finance to ensure adherence to financial strategies.
• Maintain market analysis database for feasibility analysis.
• Collate and analyze competitive pricing and features.
• Formulate budgets for assigned programs/projects and administer related vendor contracts.
