Responsibilities and requirements for each role:

Division Order Analyst

• Execute and verify division orders, ensuring accuracy in ownership calculations.
• Review title documents and maintain accurate records based on title opinions, conveyances, probate documents, and other legal instruments.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in revenue payments related to interest ownership.
• Communicate with operators and royalty owners to confirm ownership details.
• Interpret, review, and manage oil and gas leases, assignments, and contracts.
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3+ years of experience are highly preferred.

Land Analyst

• Calculate mineral and royalty ownership estimates using well, tract, unit, lease, and regulatory data promptly.
• Assist in identifying, confirming, and estimating mineral and royalty ownership for outbound campaigns.
• Support and coordinate with offsite contractors to maintain accurate databases of well, tract, unit, and ownership records.
• Support all phases of land evaluation and due diligence for acquisitions.
• Collaborate with the data development team to implement new land-focused software features to streamline processes.
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3+ years of experience are highly preferred.
