Job description

Infosys is seeking a Senior Mortgage Data Analyst.

In this role, you will be a key member of the consulting team, helping to discover and define problem statements, evaluate solution options, and make recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts, and implement deployment plans. Additionally, you will support knowledge transfer to ensure value-adding consulting solutions that help our clients adapt to the changing global landscape.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Irving / Richardson, TX or Tampa, FL, or be willing to relocate. Travel to project sites may be required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution; or three years of progressive experience in the field for each year of education.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience as a Data Analyst.

Preferred Qualifications

• Over 4 years' experience as a Business Analyst in Mortgage Origination or Mortgage Servicing.
• At least 5 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on architecture, design, and process details.
• Strong understanding of the US Mortgage Industry, with the ability to communicate effectively with business and technical teams.
• Knowledge of MISMO Standards and standard mortgage integrations (Credit, Flood, Title, MI, AUS).
• Data mapping experience, including leading exploratory sessions to map data fields from source to destination systems.
• Proficiency in SQL, including running and writing complex queries.
• Experience validating data accuracy and performing data analyses to derive business insights.
• Ability to analyze data sources and design data mapping and transformation solutions.
• Proficiency with data management and analysis tools such as Microsoft Office, Tableau, Power BI, and Analytics.
• At least 5 years' experience with Agile methodologies, preferably Scaled Agile, as a Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of Tableau for reporting and development.
• Understanding of database structures.
• Experience in capturing, documenting, and mapping business requirements and processes.
• Experience leading Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and prioritization meetings.
