Job summary

JCG Land Services is hiring a full-time Acquisition Specialist to secure property rights and leases for power development and infrastructure projects across the Midwest.

You will build relationships with landowners, negotiate easements, and coordinate between clients and owners throughout projects, while ensuring accurate records and clear communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance.
• Willingness to travel overnight 2–3 days per week.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Attention to detail and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to obtain Notary Public designation.
• Experience in Agriculture, Construction, Sales, Real Estate, Land Acquisition, Customer Service.

Compensation & Benefits
