IPG in Springfield, OH is seeking a Laminator Operator in our Coating Department. You will support material handling, ensure quality during coating, and help maintain efficient production in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload rolls on coating equipment, preparing materials for production and finishing.
  • Assist team members in monitoring product quality, including edge trim and width specifications.
  • Prepare materials for upcoming jobs, including gathering cores and resin as needed.
  • Support changeovers by handling rolls and ensuring supplies are ready.
  • Perform measurements and adjustments to meet product specifications.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Track production details and complete basic recordkeeping.
  • Help keep supplies stocked so production never slows down.
  • Assist with quality checks and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Provide additional support during breaks or absences.

Position Summary
