Responsibilities

• Load and unload rolls on coating equipment and prepare materials for production.
• Monitor product quality, including edge trim, color consistency, and width specifications.
• Prepare materials for upcoming jobs by gathering cores and resin as needed.
• Support changeovers by handling rolls, adjusting equipment, and ensuring supplies are ready.
• Perform measurements and adjustments to meet product specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Track production details and complete basic recordkeeping.
• Help keep supplies stocked so production never slows down.
• Assist with quality checks and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Step in to provide additional support during breaks or absences.
