Job summary

Ecore International is seeking a Laminator Operator to oversee the laminator line, ensuring quality production on a timely basis. The role requires setup, operation, preventive maintenance, and cross-training within the production team to support continuous workflow.

Candidates should have strong manufacturing experience, basic math and data-entry skills, and a safety-first mindset. The position is full-time, on-site at our York, PA facility with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4 years machine operator/manufacturing experience preferred; 12-months manufacturing or machine operating experience required; department experience preferred.
• English fluency (read, write, speak); strong communication skills required (written/verbal)
• Forklift experience preferred
• Cross-training within department/location will be required as part of position

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot laminator per procedures with minimal supervision.
• Conduct a visual inspection and perform preventive maintenance of the laminator.
• Configure machine per product setup sheet and feed/jog material.
• Apply adhesive, set temperature, monitor tension and run the line.
• Use waterjet to trim and inspect product quality throughout production.
• Print production IDs and stage rolls for put-away.
• Adhere to quality guidelines and safety requirements; maintain clean work area.
• Cross-train into other functions as needed.
