Ecore Athletic is hiring for multiple Manufacturing Machine Operator positions in a rubber manufacturing facility in York, PA. You will operate stamping, reroller, mix, and lamination equipment, joining a fast-paced team focused on quality and process efficiency.

The roles require handling heavy equipment, lifting up to 50 lbs, and adapting to 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts. Training is provided, with safety gear and ERP data entry involved in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and computer skills; ERP experience preferred.
• Safety-conscious and able to work overtime as needed.
