Job summary

Ecore is hiring a Laminator Operator to manage the laminator from setup to run, ensuring quality product and on-time production in a fast-paced environment. You will follow established procedures, maintain a strong focus on safety, and participate in regular production meetings.

Responsibilities include setup and adjustments, recording production data in ERP, basic maintenance, and cross-training in other department functions as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4 years of machine operator/manufacturing experience preferred; 12 months required.
• English fluency with strong communication skills (written/spoken).

Responsibilities

• Operate laminator, set up, troubleshoot, and adjust machine per procedures.
• Adhere to quality guidelines and monitor product quality throughout production.
• Transport materials with forklift and perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Log production data and complete documentation; cross-train in related duties.
